Available Roles

Outreach Contractor

Outreach contractors contact property owners and potential claimants by phone and email to present our findings and explain next steps.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently from a home office or remote location.

Research Contractor

Research contractors analyze public records, assess property values, and search unclaimed property databases to identify opportunities for our clients.

This role requires comfort with data, research tools, and attention to detail. Prior experience with public records or property data is helpful but not required.

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and varies by role and volume. Details are provided during the onboarding process.
